Iberia GAA consists of all GAA Clubs based in Spain, Portugal and Gibraltar.

Depending on interest levels, Iberia GAA may decide to enter 1,2 or 3 country teams and/or an Iberia Team in any or all categories. For example, there could be a Spain and Portugal Men’s/Ladies Football Team in either the International or Open or both competitions

There will be some level of funding provided but nothing is guaranteed. Gaelic Games Europe have decided to provide a small subsidy to each team. There will probably be some central funding from the GAA but this is not likely to be known until very close the to the Games.

In previous editions, all playing kit was sponsored by O’Neills. There is no information on this yet.

In short, players and coaches should be prepared to fund this themselves but there will most likely be some assistance provided.

Accommodation is being organised by GGE centrally and this will be an option for all Iberian players.
